Payment:
At this time we are not accepting credit cards. We have
our products priced for cash sales. In the future we will but the prices
will have to reflect the cost of using them. We accept checks or money
orders. Checks will have a hold until they clear both banks. This timeline
may vary depending on the institution you bank with. Money orders have
no hold period. We
do not start an order until payment has been received.

Refund Policy:
We do not offer refunds since our products
are done by special order. We stand behind our products and will do
all we can according to your order to make sure our customers are happy
and ensure they receive what they asked for.

Timeline:
Please understand there will be down time during the
process. If you order an exotic hide in a color we don't stock, we will
have to wait for it to arrive which is usually 4-6 weeks. All of our
items are built by us from the hides to the finished product. This takes
time. Orders are placed in the order they are received. Concho
orders could take up to 2 weeks to complete depending on the color of
your choice being in stock and where you sit in the order list. We do
NOT stock any conchos already made up. We do customized work in our
shop as orders are placed.

Satisfaction/ Repairs:
After you receive your special items
please feel free to let us know if there are any problems with anything.
If stones, rhinestones or trinkets come loose we will happily repair
your item if it was not damaged due to neglect such as your horse rubbing,
hitting barrels or excessive abuse. We use Swarovski rhinestones and
semi precious stones so if you slam them around they can be damaged
and even break. We offer a repair service for these damages for a small
fee if the damage was due to neglect. Return shipping will be the sole
responsibility of the owner. If you choose to repair your own product
all waranties will be void.

Cleaning and care instructions:
To clean your leather goods we recommend
taking all of the hardware off and use a good quality leather cleaner/
conditioner on all leather parts. To clean the conchos we recommend
warm soapy water and a soft tooth brush. They clean up wonderfully this
way. All conchos are attached via chicago screw. With this being said
we highly recommend you use a product like LockTite or a form of glue
to make sure they stay put. If you choose not to please check them often
or use a small wire underneath for your own protection. They are screws
and they will back off and come off do to use over time.
